BUYER: The natural or legal person who enters their personal information in the reservation form and accepts this agreement.
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding event tickets purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website via-sounds.live, within the framework of the TRNC Consumer Protection Law No. 40/2003 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Ticket prices (VAT included), event details and payment terms are as stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card through the bank's virtual POS system (with 3D Secure verification) or by bank transfer. Card details are processed directly through the bank's secure 3D Secure infrastructure and managed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards; card details are never stored on the Seller's servers. The ticket is sent to the Buyer's email address upon payment confirmation and is valid at the event door with name verification. All prices include VAT.
Pursuant to Article 13(g) of the TRNC Consumer Protection Law No. 40/2003 and Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services related to leisure activities for entertainment, cultural events, or recreation, where the service is to be performed on a specific date.
Accordingly, there is no legal right of withdrawal for purchased event tickets. However, the Seller agrees to evaluate cancellation requests made up to 48 hours before the event date as a matter of customer satisfaction. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@viasounds.live or via WhatsApp at 0548 873 33 33. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days through the same payment channel.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to force majeure (weather, health, safety, etc.). In the event of cancellation by the Seller, the ticket price will be fully refunded to the Buyer. In the event of a date change, the Buyer may accept the new date or request a full refund.
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with TRNC Personal Data Protection legislation and is not shared with third parties. For detailed information, please review our Privacy & Security Policy page.
The provisions of the TRNC Consumer Protection Law No. 40/2003 shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. TRNC Consumer Arbitration Committees and TRNC Courts are authorized for dispute resolution.
This agreement comes into effect when the Buyer confirms the payment through the website. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement by checking the consent box during the reservation step.
